This led me to further expand my knowledge of the slot department and join the technical side as Slot Technician Supervisor. This allowed me to learn about Slot Operations as a whole and made me want to join the management team as a Slot Supervisor. From then, I transferred to Woodbine to gain more experience at a larger property, which then allowed me to transfer to Rideau Carleton all within the cage department. Once I completed probation, I joined the cage and coin team as a Cashier. This position allowed me to speak with team members from all departments and ask questions to see where I wanted to go next.
